Enjoy a loan origination fee waiver with a Hanmi Bank Personal Deposit Account

For a limited time, Hanmi is waiving a loan origination fee waiver for the customers who have deposit accounts with us. To qualify, the customer needs to

• Open or have a current Hanmi Bank personal check, savings, or money market account.
• Maintain a minimum balance equivalent to 6 months of mortgage payments
• Make the mortgage ACH payments from the deposit account at Hanmi or any other bank.

Offer is valid for new mortgage loan customers who open or have a personal checking, money market or savings account with a minimum balance equal or greater than the sum of the first 6 months’ mortgage payment.

The funds must be in the deposit account by loan closing and deposit account must remain open for a minimum of 6 months. Making your mortgage payment directly from your Hanmi deposit account or with an ACH from any bank.
