An SBA 504 Loan Program provides long-term, fixed rate financing of up to $5 million for major fixed assets that promote business growth and job creation.

Term
- First Loan – 10-year maturity with a 25-year amortization.
- Second Loan – 20 to 25 years, fully amortized
