- Activate and Enroll Your Debit Card: Order, activate, and enroll your card in uChoose Rewards within 30 days at uchooserewards.com.
- Meet the Eligibility Requirements: Earn up to 20,000 points for maintaining your balance, using your debit card and enrolling in eStatement.
- Earn points: Points will be added your uChoose Rewards® account within 30 days after all requirements are met.4, 5
