New Online Banking Enrollment Guide

Please review the following steps before logging into your Online Banking account!


STEP 1
Access your online banking as usual, using your existing Login ID and password at www.hanmi.com.

*UCB Customers may also use currently existing ID and passwords!

STEP 2
Once the User ID is verified, you will need to receive a Secure Access Code (4-6 digits) in order to validate your personal access to our system.

CLICK THE METHOD you wish to receive the Secure Access Code, either through e-mail address, cellphone (SMS), or phone number (automated call).

Please remember that the Secure Access Code is different than your password.
 
IMPORTANT! For your protection, this one-time Secure Access Code will be valid for only 15 minutes once generated.




STEP 3
Input your Secure Access Code and click "Submit."

DO NOT put your password in the Secure Access Code field.

STEP 4
You will be asked whether you want to register your device. If you trust the computer or device you are using, click “Register Device”. Otherwise, click “Do Not Register Device."

STEP 5
Create a new password.  The password must include:
  • At least 1 lower case letter
  • At least 1 number
  • Be 8-15 characters long

The requirements have changed, requiring a more complex combination for added security.


STEP 6
Once you have completed the login process, you will be prompted to update your profile.

Some fields will be pre-populated, so be sure to SCROLL DOWN and verify all of your information.  Please complete or update any blank or incorrect areas marked with an asterisk.

If any required fields are blank, the “Submit Profile” button will not be activated.

STEP 7
Read the Online Banking Agreement.

Press “I Accept” if you agree to the terms of the agreement.

You are now ready to conduct your online banking! Simply click on the name of the account to view your recent transactions, or use the left-side menu to navigate through the page.

Be sure to LOG OFF when finished.
